Birthday cake

Chocolate cake with Cream Cheese frosting
(recipe)

Ingredients:

1 box cake mix

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup granulated sugar

1  teas. salt

4 egg whites

1 cup water

2 Tbls. vegetable oil

1 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon clear vanilla flavor

1 teaspoons almond extract

Instructions:

Mix all dry ingredients by hand using a whisk in a very large mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat on low speed for 2 minutes. Bake at 325 degrees.

Cream Cheese Frosting

2 cup cream cheese

1/2 unsalted butter, room temperature

3 cup powdered sugar

1 teasp. vanilla extract

Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy. Add vanilla extract. Mix in powdered sugar, one cup at a time.
