Hello Nadia, do you pass your royal icing through a sieve?? i have seen that people pass it through nylon sock to get it sifted.... another question, do you make your royal icing just by hand, no beater, with a spoon? thanks Jackie

If I need a lot of icing, I use the mixer. But most of the time I do it by hand. Yes, I use a sieve.
