  21. Hello Nadia, do you pass your royal icing through a sieve?? i have seen that people pass it through nylon sock to get it sifted.... another question, do you make your royal icing just by hand, no beater, with a spoon?

    1. If I need a lot of icing, I use the mixer. But most of the time I do it by hand. Yes, I use a sieve.

  22. I so enjoyed watching this video! Your work is just amazing! For your lace, do you cut the icing with an knife and count the seconds until it returns to normal? And if you do, how many seconds for the icing you use for your lace?

    1. I do not do that. Icing for the lace should be very thick.
