Chocolate cake

This cake is for chocolate lovers.

Wet biscuit structure, very gentle frosting, Ganache for covering and chocolate ornaments ...

 Frosting recipe:
1.5 cups of Half and Half
1 pack of chocolate pudding
1 cup sour cream
1 cup powdered sugar
1 / 2 cup butter
This cream is my experiment. I just whipped half and half  with pudding and sugar powder, then added the softened butter, then sour cream and whipped again till there are no lumps. Cooled.
   The cream will moisturize the cake. It is light and tasty, but not suitable for decoration, but is for interlaying .
It is desirable to cover the cake with Ganache or butter cream frosting.

Decorations are not hard to do.
Melt in a water bath a cup of chocolate chips and place in pastry bag with nozzle #3 and draw just a chocolate tape on a strip of parchment paper. 

Wait until the chocolate will harden slightly (but not entirely, or it is going to brake) and press the tape to the sides of the cake. Put in a fridge for 15 minutes, then remove the paper.
