Here is one of my peacock cookies,
that were published in the Cake Central magazine in May 2012.
When I was told that the topic of the issue will be "Peacock" the white peacock and this design came into my mind right away.
The cookie is 4.5 inches and is decorated with royal icing ( #1 tip ).
